About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are looking for an intern to join the Supply Chain Procurement team, focus on the Area International & APAC-MEA.

Main Responsibilities:

By covering this position, you will collect and analyze Logistics contracts on International & APAC MEA regions while tracking and highlighting missing information.

Your role will be also to create a structured and common contract repository and a contract database. Elaborating a structured reporting and tracking/alert system will be under your responsibility.
Moreover, you will perform a spend overview in the two areas to collect the data and clean the wrong accounting.

Finally, you will be led to interact with Regions and Group referents (Procurement, Legal, Supply Chain).

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background in Procurement and/or Logistics.

You are showing excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with different stakeholders.

On top of that, you will bring your proficiency in Excel and your fluency in English.
