Job description

We are looking for an engagement assistant trainee !

At KPMG Luxembourg, we’re not just about numbers—we’re about making an impact. We offer Audit, Tax, and Advisory services to our clients, and every client project (aka "engagement") is like a mini-mission. As an Engagement Assistant Intern, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping these missions running smoothly, supporting our teams, and helping them focus on what matters most: delivering top-notch service.

What You’ll Be Doing

Stay Risk-Savvy: Help evaluate and manage project risks in line with Risk Management (RM) guidelines.
Client Contract Guru: Assist in drafting client contracts and prepping them for review.
Deliverable Master: Draft, format, and finalize reports, presentations, and other important documents.
Meeting Pro: Organize internal and client meetings (yes, your calendar skills will shine!).
Billing Buddy: Collaborate with the billing team to keep financials in check.
Tech Whisperer: Learn and assist with our in-house tools, making everyone's day smoother.


What We’re Looking For ️

You’re fluent in English and French ; bonus points if you know other languages.
You’re a student looking for a mandatory internship of at least 5 months as part of your academic program.
You're available from February 2025
You're eager to learn in a fast-paced, professional environment.
You’re detail-oriented and organized (you know how to keep it together even when things get hectic).
You’ve got solid computer skills—Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint are your tools of choice.
You can work both solo and in a team (collaboration is key).
Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) or know-your-customer (KYC) processes? Total bonus but not required.
