This position is based in our Luxembourg office.
Your main responsibilities:
- Supporting Kneip’s Legal, Compliance and Risk team in daily tasks
- Perform legal research
- Participate in the drafting and the review of legal documentation. Help the team to prepare service agreements
- Supporting the team in answering to Requests for Proposals and due diligence questionnaires
- Supporting the team in any related compliance work including taking care of AML/KYC requests
- Support team in the management of the Internal Control Systems
- Any other related tasks.
Your profile:
- You are currently finalizing your bachelor’s degree in law or you are currently registered for a master’s degree in law
- You are interested in a long-term traineeship of 6 months to complement your education
- You are multilingual with a good command of English (both written and spoken); fluency in French and/or German will be considered an advantage
- You are curious, open-minded, dynamic, flexible, and capable of working in a team in an organized and independent manner
- You would like to gain experience in a dynamic and multicultural environment
