To support the teams in our branch network, we are looking for an intern to assist with customer service. This internship is for a duration of 6 months, starting in September 2025. Please note that only applicants who can provide an internship agreement from their school will be considered.
Your Mission:
As a branch intern, you will gain hands-on eperience interacting with ING Luembourg clients in our branches. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients in the branches
- Handling returned mail (customer responses, mail returned by the post office, etc.) Ensuring the proper e
- ecution of all administrative and/or operational tasks necessary for the smooth running of the service
- Providing day-to-day banking support to the team
Your Profile:
Knowledge and Eperience:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3) with a focus in economics or finance. First e
- perience in the financial sector will be considered an asset
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and commercial skills
- Genuine interest in the world of financial institutions and businesses
- Autonomy and proactivity
- Attention to detail Proficiency in IT and office tools, particularly Word, E
- cel, Outlook, and Internet
Languages:
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English is essential Knowledge of any other community language (Lu
- embourgish, Dutch, German, etc.) will be considered an asset
