We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our TENANT REPRESENTATION team for approximately 6 months. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of tenant/occupant representation and develop valuable skills in the corporate real estate sector.
The main responsibilities of the intern will include:
Assisting in the preparation of client deliverables
Researching and compiling relevant data for our projects
Developing professional presentations and detailed reports
Creating and updating comparative tables
Participating in the design and maintenance of financial dashboards
Interested in this position? Here's the profile we're looking for:
Strong analytical skills Good level of English
Proficiency in computer tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong interest in the real estate sector
Ability to work in a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
