As a Digital Security & Compliance Trainee, you’ll learn by doing: supporting our experts on real projects, getting hands-on experience with security frameworks, and discovering how compliance rules apply in today’s fast-changing digital world. This is your chance to grow, contribute, and make your mark in a team where learning never stops.
You’ll be part of the team making sure our firm and our clients stay secure and compliant. On a daily basis, you will:
- Support compliance activities: Help apply security policies and standards, and assist in managing non-compliance cases (ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA, EU AI Act…).
- Assist in risk assessments: Contribute to identifying risks and follow up on mitigation strategies.
- Be part of technology reviews: Join in reviewing changes to digital solutions and follow up on exception requests.
- Support audits: Collect documentation for internal and external audits and track remediation activities.
- Help with monitoring & reporting: Contribute to compliance tracking and support reporting for stakeholders.
- Assist with client requests: Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, or due diligence inquiries on digital security.
- Promote awareness: Help develop and deliver training sessions on security best practices.
- Contribute to knowledge management: Work with teams to update policies, processes, and communication.
- Education: You are completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: No extensive experience required — internships, academic projects, or entry-level exposure are enough.
- Skills & Mindset:
o Familiarity with IT domains (cloud, AI, infrastructure, development, data protection) is a plus.
o Strong communication and documentation skills.
o Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
o A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive mindset.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; any other language is a bonus.
