Junior Prospectus Approval Officer

Permanent contract (F/M)

Responsibilities

According to the applicable frameworks (including the LuxSE’s Rules,Regulations and the Prospectus Act), your responsibilities will be :

• 
  Handling requests for the admission to listing and trading of securities;

• Performing the analysis of prospectuses;

• Conducting compliance checks, including AML and KYC;

• Managing the approval of prospectuses in relation to issuers and financial products;

• Acquiring the ability to support – as a subject matter expert – the commercial teams in client meetings, when and if needed.

Requirements and skills

• 
  Minimum a bachelor’s degree in relevant subject matter, including finance, economics, accounting

• Eagerness and ambition to learn a unique profession

• A strong interest in financial instruments and capital markets

• Outstanding interpersonal skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally internally and with customers

• Team player with the ability to work independently

• Organised, rigorous with strong analytical skills

• Ability to manage priorities and respect deadlines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Very good command of German is an asset (in particular, reading)
