Analytical Bioventures SCA (ABSCA) is Eurofinsβ controlling shareholder, managed by Eurofinsβ founder and CEO. It is a Luxembourg based, privately owned holding company with participations in different real estate companies in Western Europe and the USA. A substantial part of the participations are entities holding real estate assets.
Job Description
- Conduct market research and studies for Early Stage Venture Capital investments (multiple sectors to be analyzed during the internship period).
- Manage the pipeline to identify projects of interest and submit them to the investment committee.
- Schedule appointments and develop an active network of contacts in multiple sectors to facilitate the search for investment targets and to gain a better understanding of the specific industry context.
- Assist with due diligence on marketing and sales, technology, legal, financial and tax for one or more investment targets, or for existing investment bridges.
- Assist the team with any ad-hoc topic.
Qualifications
- Studies: Master 1 or 2 in Finance, Economics or Business
