Your responsibilities during the internship will focus on:

  • working on supporting business, risk and regulatory project implementation
  • supporting local integration initiatives
  • supporting local governance duties and decision-making processes

You will have the chance to connect with colleagues in all departments of Fund Administration.
This internship is for the legal entity UBS Fund Administration Services Luxembourg S.A

Your expertise

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual with the following qualifications:

  • student status and an Internship agreement from your University for the whole traineeship duration. Availability for a minimum of 6 months, preferably up to one year and must be authorized to work in Luxembourg.
  • ability to work independently within a framework of objectives: we would like to see evidence that you can analyze a problem, come up with ideas and make a decision, show good judgment, plan, organize and make things happen, communicate well and work within a team.
  • good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • sound and proficient knowledge of English (German is a strong asset, any other language is welcome)
  • self- motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
