We are currently looking for a:
Internship: Data and process mining Analyst (M/F)
3 months starting (ideally) in April 2025
You must provide an internship agreement covering the entire period of the internship
Your mission
:
Working within the Business Solutions Unit team (Luxembourg), you will be part of a team supporting various assignments related to transformation within the bank. As part of an international, cross-location team, you will be contributing to projects supporting the strategic business development of the organization. You will be part of a team who contributes to detect/identify opportunities, to solve operational problems with digital solutions.

- Review / Understand functional needs with the team
- Development follow-up
- Data extraction
- Data validation
- Data obfuscation
- up of request to setup flow setup to transfer data
- Follow-up with internal process mining team
- Opportunity to work with Celonis Suite
- Set-up & preparation of support material for workshops, cross-location calls or (team) meetings
- Drafting of meeting minutes & follow-ups (when required)
- Any other (punctual) support to the preparation of meetings
- Understand the ingestion, modeling and integration of data from multiple sources into process mining tool
Education:
- Ideally University degree in Data Sciences or IT (ongoing).
- Result-driven, proactive, focused attitude and approach
- Autonom & proactive, alongside team player ability
- Appetite for research; Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Good communication and writing skills (FR and EN: good command in written & spoken)
- Data-driven and proficient in SQL
- VBA
- Basic knowledge in data visualization/BI tools / Python
