To strengthen its Start-Up Relations team, Luxinnovation (the national agency for innovation and research in Luxembourg), is looking for a dynamic and motivated intern (m/f), who will actively participate in startup daily activities, as well as in the development of future projects. We offer a one-year full-time internship or work-study contract (minimum 70% on site).

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In close collaboration with and under the guidance of the Start-Up Relations team, the intern will support the following tasks:

• Identify the needs of entrepreneurs with innovative projects and support them in integrating into the Luxembourg startup ecosystem.
• Review and analyse startup pitch decks, business plans and financial documentation to guide them towards the relevant Luxinnovation or stakeholder services.
• Participate in the implementation of the Fit 4 Start programme:

• Support in organising the startup accelerator’s selection phase
• Contribute to implementing the coaching phase
• Provide support in conceptualising and organising key events (pitching sessions, graduate showcase, etc.)
• Monitor the Fit 4 Start alumni network, collect relevant data and measure its performance
• Identify, analyse and propose new marketing & communication mediums (press, social networks, specialised websites, etc.) to reach the accelerator’s target audience

• Participate in startup events and actively promote Luxinnovation services to enhance awareness and engagement within the entrepreneurial community.
• Support in following and further developing account management processes, including ensuring integral documentation in the CRM system and assisting with data management tasks.
• Contribute to various additional activities of the Start-Up Relations department and strategic initiatives to be launched under the “From Seed to Scale” roadmap.

LEVEL OF STUDY AND SKILLS

• Ongoing studies in economics, finance, entrepreneurship, innovation, and any related field (Master 1 or 2 level).
• Any experience that can attest to your interest in the startup field will be considered an advantage.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a service-minded attitude and strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Dynamic, committed, and team-oriented.
• Organised and capable of working autonomously.
• Good attention to details.
• Fluent in French with a very good level of English. The knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset.
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.
