- Drafting and negotiating service agreements of the Bank acting as depositary bank and fund administrator
- Advising on negotiations and transactions with a.o. investment funds, asset managers and insurance companies
- Advising on transactions and transformations as well as on new products and services
- Legal research and analyses
- Advising and training on legislative developments impacting the bank
