Job Description


Position: HRIS Intern (M/F)

(Human Resources Department)

Job purpose:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HRIS Intern to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources, especially in HRIS migration and maintenance. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR department, assisting in various HR functions and projects. This internship offers a comprehensive learning experience and a chance to develop essential skills in HRIS and HR administration. This position could be full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

  • HRIS support: Assist in transferring data from the current database to the system; Support in database management and ensure the security of personal data; Help to answer employees’ queries related to the system. Assist in new module implementation if needed; Assist in continuous improvement of the system.
  • HR Administration: Support HR team in preparing HR reports such as contact list, attendance reports, training records etc.


Qualifications


Profile (Technical Skills):

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous similar HR Intern experience in multinational companies is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Profile (Soft Skills):

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Language skills:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
