Internship – Support in HR Business Partner Operations & Projects (m/f/x)
Main duties:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join our HR Business Partner team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in day-to-day HR operations while actively contributing to various HR projects.
Main duties :
- Support HR Business Partners in managing daily topics related to employees and managers
- Participate in various HR tasks as needed to gain exposure to different aspects of the function
- Assist with the coordination and follow-up of ongoing HR projects
Required profile:
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, and are looking for a 6-month internship or an apprenticeship for a least one year ;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels ;
- Curious and open-minded, with a willingness to learn and contribute ;
- High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information ;
- Ability to handle efficiently time schedules and tasks schedules ;
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused in your work ;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ;
- Excellent communication skills in English and French and/or German; Luxembourgish is considered an asset.
