Job Description


Job purpose:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR department, assisting in various HR functions and projects. This internship offers a comprehensive learning experience and a chance to develop essential skills in recruitment, and training.

Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

  • HR Administration: Support HR team in preparing HR reports such as contact list, attendance reports, training records etc. Other tasks related to staff file management/ sick leave management etc.
  • HRIS System maintenance: support the HR team to maintain the system.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Training Management: Support the communication and organization of trainings provided by the HQ or London training Center. Help with logistics coordination, participate registration, and training material preparation. Contribute to the evaluation and feedback process for training sessions. Support in collecting the record the attendance, managing the budget etc.


Qualifications


Profile (Technical Skills):

  • Currently pursuing a master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous similar HR Intern experience in multinational companies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Profile (Soft Skills):

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Language skills:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese
