FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group's key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

You will join the Fund Operations department, in the Accounting & Valuation Services - LUX team. Your mission will consist in support to the direct private equity valuation team.

  • Start date : June 2025
  • Duration : 12 months

Your role


  • Understand the key metrics driving the valuation of private equity assets (direct, co-investments and funds)
  • Collect and analyse valuation reports and documentation from asset managers and various stakeholders
  • Support on comparable screenings
  • Record and report fair value adjustments on clients portfolios (direct and indirect PE)
  • Support to incoming client and audit requests

Your profile


  • Finance — Economics educational background
  • Study end internship
  • Excellent English and French speaking skills (German is a plus)
  • Good Excel skills
  • Knowledge of accounting basics
  • Ability to work in a team and independently

You will have the opportunity to improve your knowledge and skills in the Fund Administration dedicated to Private Equity assets while working within a dynamic team.
