: As our future Procurement Intern, you will be integrated into the Procurement team and support the team on a wide variety of tasks. You'll be involved in the entire purchasing lifecycle, from supplier creation, through sourcing and contracting, to Procure to Pay activities.Be a part of our team where you will:
- Support operational Procurement tasks (Supplier Creation, Purchase Request follow up, Purchase Order creation etc.);
- Manage and follow up on simple requests for various number of products for the internal departments;
- Support or lead internal projects related to Procurement activities
- Help optimize costs.
Let’s talk about you. If you are/have...
- You are currently studying for a bachelor’s or a master's degree specialization in Procurement or are studying general subjects and have already had some experience in Procurement
- You are looking for a three-month internship;
- You are fully proficient with the Microsoft Office suite;
- A previous professional role where you dealt with an ERP system will be considered advantageous;
- You speak fluent French and English;
- You are dynamic, you know how to work independently and you are good with numbers;
- You are a team player and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
