Objectif du stage
Accompagner l’entreprise dans sa démarche de labellisation RSE en participant à la structuration, à la mise en œuvre et à la valorisation des actions responsables.
Missions principales
- Participer à la collecte et à l’analyse des données nécessaires à la labellisation RSE
- Contribuer à la rédaction du rapport RSE et à la mise à jour des indicateurs ESG (environnement, social et ressources humaines, gouvernance, relations avec les parties prenantes, ancrage territorial et impact sociétal, reporting et amélioration continue de nos initiatives)
- Réaliser une veille sur les bonnes pratiques RSE et les évolutions réglementaires
- Soutenir l’organisation d’actions de sensibilisation en interne (ateliers, communications, événements)
- Collaborer avec les différents départements pour recenser et valoriser les actions existantes
- Participer à l’élaboration de supports de communication (interne/externe)
Profil recherché
- Étudiant(e) en Master ou Licence (Bac+3 à Bac+5) en RSE, développement durable, sciences sociales, management ou équivalent
- Intérêt marqué pour les enjeux environnementaux, sociaux et éthiques
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et d’analyse
- Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d’équipe
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est requise ; l’allemand est un atout.

Objective of the internship
To support the company in its CSR certification process by participating in the structuring, implementation and promotion of responsible actions.
Main missions
- Participate in the collection and analysis of the data necessary for the CSR label
- Contribute to the drafting of the CSR report and the updating of ESG indicators (environmental, social and human resources, governance, relations with stakeholders, territorial anchoring and societal impact, reporting and continuous improvement of our initiatives)
- Monitor CSR best practices and regulatory changes
- Support the organization of internal awareness-raising actions (workshops, communications, events)
- Collaborate with the various departments to identify and promote existing actions
- Participate in the development of communication materials (internal/external)
Desired profile
- Master's or Bachelor's student (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in CSR, sustainable development, social sciences, management or equivalent
- Strong interest in environmental, social and ethical issues
- Good writing and analytical skills
- Autonomy, rigor, team spirit
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Fluency in French and English is required; German is an asset.
