We are looking for our next Talent as Talent Acquisition Intern, which would be a strong support for our Team !

POSTE

Your missions:
Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talent
Analyzing the company's hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring
Using various channels to source candidates
Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
Building relationships with applicants and past employees
Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process
Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events

PROFIL

Your profile:
Available for a minimum of 6 months, starting from September 2024
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Formal signed internship agreement provided by university
Understanding of HR processes and talent acquisition trends
Strong interpersonal skills to connect with potential candidates
Familiarity with applicant tracking software
Strong communication skills
Strong asset for the financial world
Knowledge about the industry and the roles within the organization
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Fluent both French & English (B2 level or higher)
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations for the GDL
