Paperjam Club is hiring a… Communication & Marketing Intern to join our Relationship Management team within our Business Club.
Your role will mainly focus on publishing member content and creating direct marketing campaigns to engage and connect members.
Your missions
Take part in the implementation and monitoring of the member retention strategy;
Support members with their online publications (newsletter, website);
Review content prior to publication and coordinate its release;
Create and manage personalized campaigns to engage our members (emailings, newsletters, invitations, etc.);
Analyze campaign performance and suggest areas for improvement;
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve any content-related issues;
Participate in welcoming members during events;
Contribute to cross-functional projects to increase member visibility and satisfaction.
Your profile
You are a student or recent graduate at Bachelor’s level in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field;
You have strong writing skills and are able to adapt different types of content to our editorial guidelines;
You are comfortable with digital tools and have a strong interest in creating and managing web content;
You are proficient with content management systems (CMS) and have a basic understanding of SEO;
You are organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous, particularly when it comes to proofreading and content formatting;
You are fully proficient in both French and English, spoken and written, and use both languages fluently.
