Your Role
You will join the Internal Communications team. You will be supervised by the Internal Communication Manager, and part of the International Division. Your tasks will include the following:
  • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the editorial planning of internal communication for our thousands of colleagues internationally
  • Create, write and design engaging content for our internal channels (intranet, newsletters, presentations, TV screens, events, videos)
  • Assist in organisation and logistics of internal events (both remote and in-person)
  • Create, design and review communication materials, such as specific visuals, infographics and PowerPoint presentations, in accordance with Swiss Life corporate identity / design
  • Be responsible for updating and reviewing internal documents (layout and content)
  • Provide administrative support with various projects led by HR Team Members
Your Profile
  • Currently studying for a Master or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field
  • Open to either full-time internship (min. 6 months) or part-time alternance (10-12 months)
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word)
  • Knowledge of Canva and/or the Adobe suite is considered as a plus (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Some video editing experience is also an advantage
  • Proficient in English (other local languages, like French, are an asset)
  • Team player with an openness to reach to new colleagues
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Accurate, reliable, paying attention to detail
