TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Cargolux Customer Experience department is currently looking for a dynamic intern to support the team.

  • Support on Customer Experience projects
  • Support on Research for specific pain points
  • Coordination to set up elements for the team
  • Handling data and administrative tasks
  • Support and communication with employees about different topics.
 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree majoring in: Customer Service, Administration, Communications, Marketing or anything similar
  • Duration of the internship between 2 to 4 months
  • Be fluent in English (written + spoken)
  • Show motivation to learn
 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Internship based in Luxembourg.
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of a positive selection).
  • Flexible working hours
  • Regular office presence to be expected (located in SANDWEILER)
