TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our Cargolux Customer Experience department is currently looking for a dynamic intern to support the team.
- Support on Customer Experience projects
- Support on Research for specific pain points
- Coordination to set up elements for the team
- Handling data and administrative tasks
- Support and communication with employees about different topics.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Currently enrolled in a degree majoring in: Customer Service, Administration, Communications, Marketing or anything similar
- Duration of the internship between 2 to 4 months
- Be fluent in English (written + spoken)
- Show motivation to learn
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Internship based in Luxembourg.
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of a positive selection).
- Flexible working hours
- Regular office presence to be expected (located in SANDWEILER)
