We welcome interns to become a part of our team. You will work with our experts and learn about the fund industry, our business and our firm. This is an opportunity to gain valuable insight, develop new skills, and establish a network of mentors. You'll leave with a lot more than a job listing on your resume.
Your responsibilities during the internship will focus on:

  • Working on supporting business, risk and regulatory project implementation
  • Supporting local governance duties and decision-making processes
  • Working on process quality and efficiency improvements

Your team

Be part of an open-minded, supporting and close collaborating team, dealing with a wide range of daily challenges. As a small and fast-paced team, we value independent thinking and a precise/accurate and organized way of working. You will have the chance to connect with colleagues in all departments of Fund Administration.

Your expertise

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual with the following qualifications:
  • A valid internship agreement from your university covering the full traineeship duration, availability for a minimum of six months, authorization to work in Luxembourg, and active student status.
  • Ability to work independently within a framework of objectives:
We’d like to see evidence that you can analyze a problem, come up with ideas and make a decision, show good judgment, plan, organize and make things happen, communicate well and work within a team.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Sound and proficient knowledge of English (German is a strong asset, any other language is welcome)
  • Self- motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
