UniCredit International Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. offers an internship to young and motivated talents in its Fund Management department. The Fund Management department advices small and medium-sized businesses and big enterprises with qualitative valuable and tailored financial services. In your role you will take beside your contribution to the daily activities of the department the ownership of dedicated projects to improve processes in a changing environment.
What you'll be doing
Your tasks in our team:
- Portfolio monitoring and supervision;
- Observation of financial markets;
- Taking investment decisions for dedicated mandates;
- Pre-trade compliance checks and execution of market orders within a portfolio management system;
- Construction of investment proposals;
- Compilation of client reportings, presentations and market comments;
- Preparation of quantitative analyses as well as competition and process analyses;
- Developing investment strategies as well as operating backtestings and simulations;
What you'll need to succeed
Your profile:
- Enrolled at an educational institution in Luxembourg or abroad for the duration of the internship;
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Mathematics as well as Mathematics, Statistics or similar Studies;
- Knowledge on valuation of financial products;
- Practical experience regarding MS Office, especially Excel; VBA programming is a plus;
- Proactive and autonomous as well as precise working attitude;
- Team working orientation;
- Analytical and conceptual abilities and ability to proceed in a pragmatic and structured way;
- Proficiency in English and German, Italian will be considered as an asset.
