YOUR MAIN TASKS:
- Provide service in licensing and software report process;
- Support on creating reports (BI or other) by collecting and analyzing the data in the department;
- Support with 5S applications to clean and migrate department’s documents from file server to M365 cloud;
- Support subsidiaries with their daily requests regarding order updates / changes;
- Assist the order promising and re-promising activities in order to provide best delivery date calculation;
Your Profile:
- Major in computer science, math, economics or logistics;
- Analytical mind and very structured work approach;
- Strong knowledge of Excel;
- Flexible and resilient, able to adapt to changing priorities;
- Hands on, fast learner and able to learn ‘on the job;
- Multi-national / –cultural, open minded, customer-focused and strong business orientation;
- Fluent in English, other languages are considered to be an advantage.
