For our department Quality & Procedure within LuxairServices, we are looking for a (an):
Internship Ground Handling (m/f/x)
Main duties:
- Execute assigned duties within the Ground Handling department, including activities linked to safety, security, and compliance investigations.
- Support Ground Handling projects related to services or products by conducting tests, performing analyses, assisting with launches, and monitoring implementation.
- Liaise with internal departments on commercial, safety, security, and compliance matters related to investigations and special requests, in order to support Ground Handling approvals
- Contribute to the review and improvement of procedures and processes documented within the Ground Handling department
Required profile:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree and/or be pursuing a master’s degree in business administration or Airline Business or Engineering
- Excellent command of English is required; Proficiency in German and/or French is a significant asset
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in IT and Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Forms, etc.).
- Demonstrate a strong interest in the aviation industry and in recognized regulatory frameworks and standards such as ICAO, IATA, IOSA, and EASA
- Demonstrate ability to identify improvement opportunities and to propose or implement internal changes when relevant.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both within and outside the company.
