Your area of work:

The Transformation Enablement team drives operational excellence and business transformation across CEU, CBL, and LuxCSD. We focus on testing strategy and automation, process optimization, digital delivery enhancement, and governance for scalable and efficient operations.


Your Responsibilities:

  • You assist in client and external testing activities, supporting both depository and customer testing streams to ensure readiness and efficiency.
  • You contribute to streamlining and automating testing processes, leveraging AI and advanced tools to reduce manual effort.
  • You support the manager in coordinating transformation initiatives, including reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • You get insight into process optimization projects, helping identify inefficiencies and standardize workflows.
  • You assist in digital CSD delivery enhancements, contributing to automation and project execution improvements.
  • You help with data analysis and reporting, creating dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI) to monitor testing and transformation KPIs.
  • You collaborate with stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment and readiness for transformation initiatives.

Your Profile:

    • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months.
    • You have strong analytical skills and an interest in process improvement and automation.
    • You are familiar with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and ideally project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
    • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative, international environment.
    • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about transformation and operational excellence.
