Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.


As a trainee in the Depositary Oversight's team, you will take part in all monitoring and control activities of the team relating to the oversight missions of the depositary.

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Employment rate: Full time
  • Prerequisite : a tripartite internship agreement signed with your school

Your role


You will assist our Depositary Oversight Team:

  • Contributing to a project aimed at improving process and control framework
  • Support Depositary Oversight Team in their daily tasks
  • Contributing to any other transversal project aimed at improving service delivery

Your profile


Education:
  • Financial education (BAC+3 or equivalent experience).

Technical skills:
  • Knowledge in fund operations
  • Knowledge in process and data analysis
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills

Soft skills:
  • Flexibility and agility
  • Very good interpersonal skills

Language:
  • Spoken fluency in English and French
