Your Role
You support our IT Team on exciting projects and essential operational tasks, gaining valuable experience in first-level IT support.Your Responsibilities
- Business collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to support business initiatives.
- Process optimization: Define, optimize, and continuously improve IS processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project management: Engage in business projects and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Superuser support: Assist local superusers in describing processes and procedures and aide in their implementation.
- Training coordination and user training: Organize training sessions across various departments which includes educating users and superusers on operational systems, new functionalities, and continuous improvements, including preparation and maintenance of training materials.
- 1st and 2nd level support: Resolve IT tickets efficiently and provide technical assistance to users.
- Test procedures: Define test procedures (test cases, test documentation) and support the testing of bug fixes, releases, and sub-releases.
- System functionality: Ensure optimal functionality and usage of operational systems (TMS, Parcel Integrators - Centiro, EDI, Reporting, etc.), provide 1st line support for users, and liaise with 2nd and 3rd line support.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in related studies.
- Great analytical skills: Logical thinking, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Dedicated to delivering high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Programming Skills: Basic knowledge of programming (SQL) is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
