Join us as an Administrative Support Representative, Legal Department - Internship (6 months)
Start date: March 2025
As an Administrative Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing support within the Corporate Secretary and Legal Administration (CSLA) team. The CSLA team is responsible for, maintaining the legal and domiciliary structure of BBH clients.
As an Administrative Support Representative, you will provide support to the CSLA team with the administrative duties listed below with some supervision from the Assistant Corporate Secretary and Legal Analyst:
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and reconciliation of domiciliary records
- Review and reconciliation of client agreements of BBH
- Assisting with the Global Records Integrity Platform (“GRIP”) data migration
- Archiving documents and maintenance of the archiving database
- Oversee the maintenance of the corporate records during and after client conversion.
- Participate in the annual review of department Policies and Procedures, in order to validate their effectiveness
- Participate in special projects involving the CSLA department, as directed by the Assistant Corporate Secretary
Essentials:
Education level and/or relevant experience(s):
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (a good command of any further European language an advantage)
- You demonstrate accountability and resilience when facing challenges, responsive and display exceptional customer service, take ownership for tasks assigned to you, have an exceptional eye for details and have strong interpersonal skills and communicate well and timely
- You are a proficient user on MS Office products, Outlook, Excel, Word, Nuance power PDF, Access Databases and Power Point
In order to be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:
- Available for a minimum of 6 months starting in February 2025
- Internship required for graduation and currently studying for a Master’s degree (specializations such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent would be an asset)
- Formal signed internship agreement provided by university
