Job Description
1. Intern - Financial Institutions Department
- To assist in conducting KYC/AML client on boarding and due diligence review of the departmentโs clients.
- To assist in Data Analysis tasks such as data collection, financial figure analysis, data quality enhancement.
2. Intern - Syndication and Structured Finance Department
- To participate in business marketing activities.
- Assists in the credit application for corporate clients and follow up the process of credit approval.
- Assists in financing products provision and post-lending management.
- Assists the dedicated team in the management of 6 sub-branches.
- Support the team to liaise with internal and external parties to fulfil tasks allocated by the Bank in relation to the corporate banking area.
3. Intern - Legal and Company Secretary Team
The successful candidate will report to the Company Secretary and will participate, among others, to the company secretariat duties and various administrative tasks related to day-to-day work of the LST.

Technical Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelorโs degree or above in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business, or Law.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English; additional languages (e.g., French) are a plus.
- Strong technical expertise, including database development, programming, and proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in areas like BI tools, corporate secretarial matters, and business law (Luxembourg or Chinese law is advantageous).
- Analytical and communication skills, with the ability to draft and present effectively.
- Understanding of regional economic, political, and business environments.
Soft Skills:
- Team player with strong organizational abilities, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Additional Information
Internship agreement provided by school is mandatory.
