Jetfly is a shared business aviation company based in Luxembourg on behalf of 400 co-owners. Our fleet is composed of 60 Pilatus aircraft (PC12 and PC24). We are currently looking for one HR Trainee to join our team starting September 2024. In a team of passionate individuals with a focus on service excellence. Your role will involve supporting a specific portfolio that serves different business lines, allowing you to discover the full range of HR services.
Job description
- Support the recruitment process.
- Publish job offers on the various job boards.
- Organize and schedule interviews and assessments.
- Conduct phone interviews with candidates & participate to face-to-face interviews.
- Support the onboarding & offboarding process.
- Prepare general HR documents in English and/or French (contracts, addendums, work certificate, communications, etc.).
- Input, maintain and validate accurate HR information within our databases.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and HR initiatives.
- Contribute to finding solutions to various HR issues, for Luxembourg and internationally.
- Take care of various administrative tasks to support the team.
- Organize, administer, and coordinate internal and external trainings.
- Liaise with external providers.
- Fill in throughout the year the INFPC Co-Funding report.
Profile
- Currently studying for a master’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, professional level in English.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Organized and voluntary in nature, you have excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Versatility and curiosity about a variety of subjects relating to human resources.
- Conscientious, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Integrity - ability to act with high levels of confidentiality, tact, and discretion.
Internship Compensation package
Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:
- Bachelor's degree: €1,000
- 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
- Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
