What will you do?
You will be joining our Sustainability Advisory Services team as part of larger multinational dynamic consultancy team. You will report to and work closely with the Sustainability Advisory Leader.
- Work across a range of industries to assist companies in better understanding the sustainability landscape;
- Support with client relationships, business development efforts and internal pieces on sustainability and ESG topics;
- Day-to-day management of ESG projects ensuring quality and liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
- Development of compliance and engagement, gap analysis, metric/KPI identification and the preparation of reporting (internal and external) materials.
- Support with general sustainability topics;
- Be part of a dynamic and growing business line within BDO Luxembourg.
This offer is for you if:
- You are finishing a Masterβs degree in Responsible Management, Management, Finance, Economics or comparable professional education in relevant fields;
- You have ideally a first professional experience (internships included), ideally related to ESG;
- You have good understanding and knowledge of fundamental ESG frameworks, principles, conventions, regulatory regimes, and ESG reporting standards (e.g. CSRD, SFRD, GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD etc.);
- You have good project management skills, you communicate easily and can work autonomously as well as part of a team;
- You are fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
