Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the processing and documentation of funds transfers, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support in monthly bank reconciliation by helping to review and match transaction records.
- Help prepare data and documentation for regulatory reporting and internal audits.
- Participate in ad-hoc transaction reconciliations, supporting the identification of discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and other teams to understand banking regulations and internal procedures.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including research on automation and digital tools.
- Assist with the monitoring and maintenance of bank account records with correspondent banks.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in IT, Computer science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, , or related field.
- Several years of the work experience or internship experience
- Strong interest in finance, Fintech industry, and financial technology.
- Good analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Basic understanding of financial principles; prior coursework or projects related to banking or operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with Excel or other data tools; interest in IT or AI is a bonus but not required.
