About the Role
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our HR operations in Luxembourg. This is a hands-on role where you will gain exposure to the full HR lifecycle – discovering different HR tasks as administration, payroll processes, onboarding and offboarding, and day-to-day HR activities. You will assist closely to HR Business Partner and local stakeholders to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience.
Please note: We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must have the right to work in Luxembourg for the duration of the internship.
Key Areas of the internship
- HR Administration support
- Maintain and update HR files and employee records (digital and physical) in accordance with GDPR and internal policies.
- Prepare contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documentation.
- Support HR mailbox and ticket resolution; triage queries to relevant stakeholders.
- Payroll Support
- Assist with monthly payroll inputs (new joiners, leavers, changes, allowances, benefits).
- Assistance with data checks.
- Support reporting and audit requests.
- Onboarding & Offboarding support
- Pre-boarding logistics and onboarding schedules.
- Prepare onboarding packs; ensure systems access and IT/service requests are raised.
- Manage offboarding checklists, exit documentation, and equipment return.
- HR Systems Support
- Update PeopleSoft (HRIS), Kronos and other HR systems
- Employee Experience & Projects
- Contribute to engagement activities, communications, and HR initiatives.
- Support process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor/Master program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Language: Strong English required; French and/or any other language preferred.
- Technical: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Eligibility & Work Authorization
- Candidates must already hold valid work authorization in Luxembourg for the 6-month internship period.
