About the Team & Business Line:

As a valuable member of our Human Resources team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.


About the Role - This is a 6 month full time internship role, starting in May '26


The HR Intern will work closely with the HR Business Partner to provide quality HR support across five European jurisdictions. This is a hands-on role offering real exposure to HR operations in a dynamic, international environment.

  • Lead and coordinate the migration and archiving of employee files in line with GDPR requirements
  • Ensure document retention policies are applied consistently across all five locations
  • Maintain accurate records and track project progress, deadlines and priorities
  • Develop working knowledge of HR regulations across Luxembourg, Cyprus, France, Malta and Monaco
  • Keep abreast of local developments
  • Support the HR BP in day-to-day tasks
  • Support the HR BP in liaising with internal stakeholders across all five locations
  • Handle internal matters with responsiveness and appropriate follow-up
  • Work proactively within the HR team, across HR functions and Citco locations

About You:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Strong interest in HR, employee relations and employment law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Stron written and verbal communication skills in French
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment
