FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

You will be a member of the Quality Control & Mobile team, reporting to the head of the team. In this role you will work on quality-control-related activities for the three teams (FA, TA and PETAL) and occasionally help the production teams during peak periods.

Start date : November 2024
Duration : 6 or 12 months
Internship agreement compulsory

Your role


You will assist our Quality Control & Mobile team for the fund operation processes:

  • Support operational teams in their daily tasks
  • Identifying areas of improvement in terms of the process and control framework
  • Contributing to the implementation of key quality control deliverables such as KPIs and the procedure framework review
  • Contributing to any other transversal project aimed at improving service delivery

  • Experience in process and data analysis
  • Flexibility and agility
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Spoken fluency in English and French
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
