Internship - Identity and Access Management
Working in the Technology Infrastructure department, you will join Lombard Odier's Identity & Access Management team as an Intern. The IAM team is responsible for managing the access rights to almost 3,000 Lombard Odier employees and 7 infrastructure customers. You will work closely with the group responsible for creating and improving reports for Risk teams, Auditors, and Banking Authorities.
YOU ROLE
Access Management & User Support :
  • Analyze and process access requests for internal systems
  • Provide support to users facing access or login issues
  • Manage access to customer portfolios in the Bank’s core application
Account & Permissions Administration :
  • Create, update, and remove user accounts and access groups in Active Directory
  • Configure and maintain file server permissions using NTFS rights
  • Administer secure password vaults (VAULT) to protect sensitive credentials
Workflow & Procedure Optimization :
  • Administer and improve workflows for assigning access rights
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of technical procedures related to access management
YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Solid interest of Windows environments, Active Directory & NTFS permissions
  • A previous experience in access or identity management will be highly appreciated
  • Good command of Office tools (mainly Excel and Access)
  • Precise, autonomous, and a great team player
  • Adaptable in complex environments, with good stress management and communication skills
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
