Job description
As a Junior Project Manager, you will participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects under the supervision of a Project Manager or Project Lead. You will support the project team to ensure smooth execution while developing your project management skills.
- Assist in defining project objectives and deliverables 
- Draft project specifications and functional breakdowns 
- Participate in the creation and tracking of project schedules 
- Contribute to risk identification and analysis 
- Support the coordination and mobilization of internal and external project teams 
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders under the supervision of the Project Manager 
- Prepare progress reports and propose solutions in case of difficulties 
- Help ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices 
- Participate in functional testing (via user stories) 
Job requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +3/4) in project management, business management, engineering, or a related field 
- Experience: First professional experience or significant internship in project management 
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of project management tools (Slack, Jira, etc.) 
- Soft Skills: Organizational skills, teamwork, proactive, strong communication abilities, and willingness to learn 
- Languages: French and English
