FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks. By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.

Assigned to the Funds Accounting Department, you will help to produce, calculate and check the NAVs of funds administered in Luxembourg. You will also be involved in all events affecting the lifecycle of the funds and the department by playing an active role in the development of its activies.

  • Start date : 1st February 2026
  • Duration : 12 months
  • Employment rate: Full time or Part-time (80% - 1 school day per week)
  • Mandatory : A tripartite internship agreement signed with your school

Your role


As a trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Calculating and checking NAVs of in-house and third-party funds.
  • Responding to the different requests from clients (inside and outside the Group) to guarantee a quality service that meets the requirements of a diverse client base.
  • Taking a critical view of the procedures in place and contributing to the development of the Accounting Department with a view to optimising processes and minimising risks.
  • Contributing to all tasks relating to the lifecycle of funds.


Your profile


Qualifications and Experience:
  • Currently studying Economics, Finance or Accounting.
  • Previous experience or internship in a fund environment would be an asset.

Desirable Knowledge and Skills:
  • Basic understanding of UCITS and UCI funds.
  • Awareness of Fund Administration and the roles of different stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with financial products and their valuation.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications.

Personal Qualities:
  • Rigorous and attentive to detail.
  • Team player who is approachable and flexible.
  • Dynamic and possesses an enquiring mind.
  • Ability to learn and grasp new concepts quickly.
  • Sense of initiative and a desire to deliver high-quality customer service.

Language Skills:
  • Good command of French and English.
