infeurope is looking for a PMO Junior Consultant with at least 1 year of experience.
Start of Assignment 01/10/2025 End of Assignment 01/08/2026. The position will be onsite at the client’s office based in Kirchberg.
TASKS
Analysis of project artefacts and application of quality assurance defined within PMO at different projects stages:
- Kick-off: including project charter, business cases, benefits, plan, budget, etc.
 - Project progress: change requests, actuals, scope creep, risks, issues, etc.
 - Closing: sign-off, closing documents
 - Ensuring that all the audit trails and deliverables required by the procedures are well in place
 - Analysis, quality assurance and reporting to management at PMO portfolio level
 - End user support and onboarding of project managers on PMO tools and methodologies
 - Requirement gathering from project managers and impact analysis on current PMO processes when appropriate
 - Enhancements of operational processes and suggest system improvements in PMO processes from Demand Management to project execution and closing
 - Perform testing of PMO tools and underlying components
 - Log bugs and review them with the technical teams
 - Maintenance of PMO procedures, document templates, training materials, and FAQs
 
Mandatory Qualifications
- Good command of the English language (minimum C1)
 
Mandatory Experience
- At least 1-year professional experience in PMO functions (including support and communication to Project Managers and Line Managers)
 - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Teams
 - IT Project Management methodologies (PM2, PMP, Prince2 or Agile)
 
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
- Knowledge in Benefit Management
 - A proven track record and hands-on knowledge of a Portfolio Management Offices; analysis and quality control of large IT projects and/or IT programmes;
 - Hands-on experience with MS SharePoint, MS Project and MS Project Server both as an end user and with platform maintenance;
 - Practical experience and certifications with methodologies related to project and portfolio management, ideally experience of PM2. Additionally, PMP, PRINCE2 and agile methodologies would be an advantage
 - Good knowledge of the client in terms of organisation, processes and IT systems is considered an advantage
 - Work autonomously
 - Capacity to deliver within tight deadlines
