Here's what you can bring to the team:
- Must have troubleshooting and problem-solving approach. Problems must be seen as improvement opportunities.
- Autonomy and proactive mindset are mandatory
- Able to set up and maintain quality production standards
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations associated with process parameters
- Strong communication skills Fluency in English or French, and German is an advantage
