We are now seeking to recruit a Junior Project Manager for our Change & Technology Unit (CTU). Our CTU team is responsible for liaising with internal business teams to deliver changes in business processes and technology solutions.
As part of this team, you will be the main link between the business teams, our Digital Factory and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in defining project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Help develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and participate in project team meetings to ensure clear communication and progress.
- Support managing project budgets, track expenditures, and suggest cost-saving measures.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with project team members, fostering a collaborative and positive environment.
- Support task assignments and monitor team performance, providing help as needed.
- Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting effective communication within the team.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Help identify key stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
- Assist in communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and help integrate them into project plans.
Risk Management:
- Participate in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Help monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the implementation of contingency plans when necessary.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure projects meet high-quality standards and are delivered according to specifications.
- Conduct quality checks and audits under supervision.
- Assist in implementing best practices and continuous improvement processes.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field (Master's degree preferred), or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of project management or coordination experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome.
- Experience in working within cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with project management methodology, software and tools is beneficial.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
