Join our Asset Servicing Client Onboarding Team, where you will:
- Play an active role in supporting both regulated and unregulated fund structures, custody services, and related activities
- Build in-depth knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry, its key third parties, and the vital role UBS departments play within these structures
- Help organize, coordinate, and manage our weekly client onboarding meetings
- Assist our Client Onboarding Managers in handling and resolving client requests
- Participate in project calls with both internal and external clients as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure queries are resolved efficiently and effectively

You’ll be part of the Asset Servicing department, where we manage and support clients seeking financial solutions through investment fund structures. Our department offers a comprehensive range of fund services, including fund administration, custody, domiciliation, registration, and transfer and paying agent services.

Your expertise
You have:
You are:
- A Bachelor’s degree or are in the final stages of obtaining a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Confidence in speaking and writing in English; additional languages are a plus
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF as well as Python and AI

- Driven and highly motivated
- A strong team player
- Hands-on and proactive, with excellent time management skills and sharp attention to detail
- Results-oriented, able to work well under pressure and deliver high-quality outcomes
