Main responsibilities

Support the design, installation, and management of end-user Hardware and software

Bring fresh ideas to improve and optimize our existing IT environment - and help turn those ideas into reality

Provide level 1 & 2 technical support to colleagues across the entire organization

Work closely within the IT team to maintain secure and reliable systems

Engage in an environment that values initiative, new perspectives, and creative thinking

Contribute to maintenance activities and hands-on technical projects across our full IT ecosystem

Help us explore and implement innovative technological solutions

Your profile (required qualifications)

Prior experience in the IT field (internships count!)

A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Eagerness to learn and develop within IT infrastructure and architecture

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks

Analytical, structured, and detail‑oriented approach to work

Fluency in English is required, along with French and/or German. Additional languages are an asset

Your skills

Basic knowledge of system administration (Windows Client - Windows Server and Linux are a plus)

Basic understanding of network and security fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls)

Any hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) is a plus

Familiarity with Microsoft Office/365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Basic knowledge of IT architecture

Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset

Clear communication skills and the ability to document technical topics
