Your role

Are you a motivated self-starter?
Do you want to learn more about investment fund business and regulations?
We’re looking for a motivated and dedicated intern who can assist the team in:
  • helping to coordinate and schedule meetings,
  • planning/organizing business trips, handling of expenses etc.
  • preparation of regulatory management meetings, coordination and follow-up on internal and external meeting materials,
  • document management (physical and electronic archiving of corporate documents),
  • ad-hoc Project Management Office support

We are a small team in a fast-paced environment, we value independent thinking and a precise/accurate and organized way of working.
Be part of an open-minded, supporting and close collaborating team, dealing with a wide range of daily challenges.
This internship will take place in the legal entity UBS Fund Administration Services Luxembourg S.A.

Your expertise

We are looking for a motivated individual with following qualifications:
  • a valid internship agreement from your university covering the full internship duration, availability for six months, authorization to work in Luxembourg, and active student status
  • ability to work independently within framework of objectives
  • strong analytical approach and organizational skills
  • sound and proficient knowledge of English (German a strong asset, any other language is welcome)
- self- motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, comfortable in a fast paced work
environment
  • very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • good knowledge of MS Office applications
