We are offering a 6 month internship in Luxembourg within the Distribution Continuous Improvement team. The candidate will be involved in different projects/existing tools that support the Distribution Operations Teams.
The selected candidates will be expected to provide a tripartite internship agreement from their university or business school.

The team
You will be part of the Distribution Continuous Improvement team of the SIM EU Client Group department and will work on projects. You may also be in close contact with the Client Service Managers and the Monitoring Oversight teams in order to provide day to day support on tools used by the two teams.
What youβll do
- Work on a KPI project using PowerBI as a reporting tool.
- Support in developing and testing new functionalities and new tools to improve/strengthen the processes within Distribution
- Monitor the sanity checks of the different database and issues raised by the users of the different tools
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- Good organisational skills and capability to work independently and with commitment to deliver under tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications, in particular PowerBI, Excel, Word and Power Point.

- Self-educating, curious and pragmatic
