Required skills and competence:
- Master’s program student or recent Bachelor’s/Master’s graduate with a focus on Mechanical Design
- Good knowledge of materials resistance
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (CAD and FEM simulation module)
- Strong organizational skills and hands-on, practical approach
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
