Your role

Are you a motivated self-starter? Do you want to learn more about investment fund business and regulations?

We’re looking for someone who can assist the team with the following:

  • Supporting day-to-day corporate secretarial and domiciliation matters, as well as governance and administrative aspects of a dedicated portfolio of institutional client companies, including both regulated and unregulated investment funds
  • Assisting with the organization of Board of Directors meetings, Shareholder meetings, and handling clients’ inquiries on a daily basis
  • Ensuring proper maintenance and archiving of legal documents
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Assisting with various projects as needed

We require an internship agreement from your school/university covering the whole period of the internship (6 months).

Your team

You’ll be working in the Asset Servicing, which manages and services clients seeking financial solutions through investment fund structures. Asset Servicing provides a wide range of fund services, including custody, domiciliation, and corporate secretary services. Your role will be within the Corporate Secretary and Domiciliation team, which is part of Asset Servicing.

Your expertise

You are highly committed and possess the following skills:

  • A good understanding of the Luxembourg fund industry, including the legal and regulatory obligations of Luxembourg-based entities and the responsibilities of directors, would be a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with investment funds (UCITS and AIFs) would be considered an asset
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in German is strongly preferred
  • Team player who is proactive and highly motivated
  • Rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to work in a structured manner
