FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.
Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks. By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.
You will be a member of the Quality Control & Mobile team, reporting to the head of the team.
In this role you will work on quality-control-related activities for the three teams (Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Private Equity) and occasionally provide support to the production teams during peak periods.
Your role
You will assist our Quality Control & Mobile team for the fund operations processes:
- Providing support operational teams in their daily tasks,
- Identifying areas of improvement in terms of the process and control framework,
- Contributing to the implementation of key quality control deliverables such as KPIs and the procedure framework review,
- Contributing to any other transversal project aimed at improving service delivery.
Your profile
Qualifications and experience:
- Pursuing a university degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
Specific knowledge:
- Knowledge in fund operations,
- Experience in process and data analysis,
- Project management and organizational skills,
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Language skills:
- Spoken fluency in English and French.
Personal qualities:
- Flexibility and agility,
- Strong interpersonal skills that enable effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and clients.
